"Whew, what a long day!" Asuka complained, her yellow sundress swaying around her hips as she sauntered into the apartment.
Asuka had decided to spend this beautiful Sunday as any productive girl her age should; going on a shopping spree! Dragging a reluctant Hikari with her, the two had darted from store to store, amassing a nice collection of new clothing.
While fun, the day had also proven to be hotter than usual. Especially when she had opted to wear pantyhose! After she waved her friend goodbye, skin glistening with subtle beads of sweat over her body, all Asuka could think of doing now was kicking back and relaxing.

Becky’s voice could be heard throughout the halls of the school. She ran over to the public posting board that was in the foyer to deliver information to students from all over. She pushed her way through the crowd and was in the front, gazing at the same list that the other students were gawking about.
She stood there stunned at what she saw, “I’m the…prom queen?” Her best friend, Sally, approached her best friend and put her arms around Becky’s shoulders. She still didn’t budge from her spot and appeared to be mesmerized. “But, how?”

Just a story I've been sitting on for over two weeks now that I've only been motivated to post recently. Summer may have past us, but I think Haruhi will subliminally remember this encounter for far longer

I just stumbled onto this story via an errant Google search and was glad I did. It was a lot of fun to read. You write a funny Haruhi, always clueless but confident! The kidnapper's basement full of girls didn't quite fit considering how nice he was to Haruhi. Was that someone else? And Yuki was her sexy silent self as well. Great story!
